Day 1
By the time we got to Taiwan, it was already evening.
So we just checked into our hotel,
and headed to the shopping mall just next to our hotel for dinner. Hankyuu, I think it was called.

We took a walk to Taipei 101
There it is!
Can you believe this is coral?!?!
We decided to pay $20 each to go to the observatory deck, which was a waste of time and money. You don't even get to go to the 101st floor. The lift takes you to the 89th, then you have to climb up to the 81st, and that's it.

Then we waited around for lunch at Din Tai Fung. OMG, what a wait and the food wasn't that great even!
After lunch, we shopped around, discovered an agnes b cafe!
The rest of Taipei 101
Then for dinner, we headed to Hwahsi Night Market to see the snakes for sale to be eaten. I wasn't allowed to take photos but there were albino pythons!!!
I ended up eating nothing,
just headed back to the hotel and ordered room service.
