The problem with me these days is that nothing here really excites me anymore. Singapore's gotten too dull, too monotonous for my liking. It's the same old thing, same old places. Truth be told, I can't even be bothered to dress up anymore. No one ever does anyway, I mean, c'mon, people wear Crocs here. I have dozens of clothes with price tags attached in my wardrobe and no where to wear them to. Last week I spent $200 at Topshop on a cardi and a (formal) dress which unless Singapore gets 10 degrees cooler, or one of my friends get married, I have no use for. Thank God only two more month to LA and Las Vegas. As I'm typing this I'm surfing UO, looking for berets and fedoras, talk about buying useless items.
Ok enough of my pointless rantings,
Last week or something.. we went to Sentosa with the sole intention of sun-tanning. As luck would have it, it rained instead. Once the drizzle stopped, we decided to make the best out of a bad situation and try out the Megazip, much to my disapproval and incessant pleas not to.
After Sentosa, we headed to PS Cafe, where they have cakes literally to die for.
The night after that we went to Zouk.
I finally managed enough strength to gussy myself up (gee, I used the word "gussy". ew) but unfortunately, my best friend decided to get herself drunk so majority of the night was spent chasing after her.
We managed a photo before the drunkenness.
At this point, Jason also was a bit drunk. Notice the face. Hehe.
