We celebrated J's birthday last Sunday as a family, it was a surprise cause I knew he'd never agree to something that extravagant. He was a very happy boy beaming from ear to ear. The food was just ok, but the dessert was orgasmic. All in all, I still think a little over-priced, but whatever, the ambience was so amazing, it made up for everything else.

I think the only few good food here was the sashimi, pate and fresh prawns.. the rest were ordinary.. even had roti prata. lol. oh, but they had lobster bisque soup which apparently was rather good. I didn't have any. Don't quite fancy seafood.

And the damage? A good 1.5K. GST + Service charge was more than the cost of one person! Madness. Oh well, the boy was happy and that's all that matters :)
